helpful staff big rooms leaking toilet lacking refill

the staff were amazing and helpful. they even surprised my son with a birthday cake and a small celebration. the rooms are super big and very clean. service from reception and housekeeping was top notch.

the toilet leaked after only one or two uses.

stained furniture slow service

the room was not properly cleaned. i found several stains on the furniture, not pleasant. the service was slow, particularly with room service orders. it took over an hour for my order to arrive, and items were missing. it was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when i called to follow up, a real letdown.

spacious room prayer mats accommodating staff sparking sockets damaged clothes unclosed curtains

The room was spacious. The staff provided prayer mats. Shyam was very cute and accommodating. I appreciated his service.

Sockets sparked when I used the iron. This damaged my clothes. Water leaked everywhere, and the reception didn't seem concerned. Electronic curtains wouldn't close completely, disturbing my sleep. I mentioned this to the reception, but they did not fix it.
